An ultraviolet changer! This dip is blue inside and purple in the sun! It also has a rainbow opalescent glitter throughout that looks different depending on the shift its in! Super unique dip. Like any other thermal or UV this powder is a bit chalky, and the chunky glitter makes it a bit challenging. Not super user friendly! BUT so worth it.
